Blink Publishing, the commercial non-fiction imprint of Bonnier Books UK, has bought world language rights to Ten Steps to Prevent World War Three by Tobias Ellwood.

Ellwood, a former Foreign and Defence Minister and past Chair of the House of Commons Defence Committee, argues that global conflict can still be avoided. The book sets out ten practical steps to prevent a third world war, covering topics such as diplomacy, cyberwarfare and military defence.

Drawing on nearly 20 years as a UK MP and earlier service in the Royal Green Jackets, Ellwood combines personal experience with geopolitical analysis. His career has included meetings with world leaders such as Vladimir Putin and work with former U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry.

Ellwood said the idea for the book came from his concern that many people do not fully understand the historical forces behind today’s global crises. He hopes it will help readers make sense of current tensions and offer a clear path toward greater stability and security.

The book will be published in hardback, audiobook and eBook on 9 July!
