Grace Florence

Grace grew up mainly in London though shared between divorced parents she also spent time with her father in rural Oxfordshire and northern Ibiza. These rugged backdrops inspired her vivid process of framing emotions through the lens of nature's landscapes.

She studied social anthropology at Manchester university gaining a first class honours degree. Her twenties and thirties were haphazardly spent writing fashion articles for Elle magazine and best selling books for mums whilst raising three children.

Ten years ago she undertook a rigorous and transformative five year training to become a transpersonal psychotherapist. A purpose that seems to encapsulate both her compassion and creativity. After a terrifying journey battling with stage three colon cancer she now practices psychotherapy online and in person whilst living beside the sea in the old town of Hastings.

These days when not hosting therapy clients, cooking roast chicken for her adult children or swimming in the sea she'll be found drinking strong coffee at dawn and writing poems.
