Catherine Piddington

Catherine is working on her first book, driven by a passion for food, history and people. She believes that the soft power of food and food history can change the way you learn about and understand different cultures throughout the world – connecting us through time in often unimaginable ways. Her passion for fruit preserves and food experimentation led her to start and run her own jam company from 2013-2017, swiftly becoming a jam-making expert. This ignited a curiosity about the history of fruit preserves, which set her upon her writing journey. Just call her Jam.
